It's Easy Being Green Smoothie

Time: under 10 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:

1 large banana
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup water
2 cups spinach
2 tablespoons protein powder (optional)

Utensils:

blender
measuring cups
measuring spoons
2 glasses to serve

Method:

  1. Gather everything together

Get all the ingredients and utensils together that are needed for this recipe. Put them on the bench so that you are ready to start. Peel the banana and place it into the blender. Add the frozen pineapple, mango, water, spinach and protein powder.

  1. Blend

Place the lid on and blend all the ingredients together for 1 min on high.

  1. Serve

Remove the lid of the blender and pour it into 2 glasses (or smoothie holders for those on the go). Garnish with berries if desired and enjoy this health kick in a glass!
